Clean up your tracks, label them clearly, and remove unnecessary tracks or channels.

Set Cycle Range: Highlight the full song length using the cycle region.

Export Stems: Go to File > Export > All Tracks as Audio Files.

Save Format: WAVE
Bit Depth: 24 Bit
Bypass Effect Plug-Ins: YES
Include Volume/Pan Automation: NO
Normalize: OFF -
Save & Organise: Place all the stems in one folder, and archive it into a .zip or .rar folder.
